Communication was excellent from start to finish. They were very detailed throughout the entire process, which made everything stress-free. I requested a return of my things online almost four days ago at this point. I received an email saying my selected return date of Saturday wasn’t available, so I requested a return service for Monday. I didn’t get any response after a day, so I called the phone number and was told we could confirm Monday, and that I would received a confirmation email shortly. I would give zero stars - worst experience. Multiple damaged and stained items, bad delivery coordination, refused self pickup service over a two week timeframe. Stay away from that service!
