Se hizo un envío de 4 artículos para Colombia y segun ellos el paquete se "perdió" o mas bien se lo perdieron y no responden por nada. Empresa no recomendada para envíos a colombia 🤬
muy mal servicio, tuvieron la caja casi 5 meses, siempre era yo el que tenia que estar llamando a ver como iba el pedido y darme cuenta de los incidentes, a mitad del envio decidieron que lo que yo mandaba no se podia mandar cuando al principio me dijeron que todo se podia enviar perfectamente, me devolvieron la caja con todo roto y dañado y para colmo ni un dolar me devolvieron, son unos ineptos, para envios internacionales se nota que estan aprendiendo sobre la marcha, no se lo recomiendo ni a mi peor enemigo
Muy mal servicio las cajas llegan muy atrasadas a su destinos en pocas palabras no lo recomiendo
