Excellent service from Tom Conradt at Boxelder Consulting. We determined that my situation (household taxes) was fairly common and that the most cost-effective solution was for me to plow through it with TurboTax, which I have done. It was not nearly as daunting as I had feared. Thanks again, Tom!

I had a horrible experience due to their employee Tom Conradt. Everyone else I talked to was nice, helpful, and very pleasant. I had a phone call with tom earlier today, and he let his ego go wild. He had told me on boarding was $750. I simply asked questions about that payment, as I didn't know if it was going to be applied later or not.
