Mason Turner did not return phone calls, emails, etc for 6 weeks while I was waiting for my tax return to be completed. I sent the information March 30 and finally reached them on May 22. He could have itemized our deductions but chose not to resulting in much higher tax bill. I am now starting over with another tax professional. His excuse was just that they were busy and didn’t have time to reach out to 800 clients. Horrible customer service and communication from Mason Turner.
