The communication between the company and I was absolutely amazing. My wife and I walked into box drop of Kettering with questionable hopes of walking out with what we wanted. As I walked in the door I met Joey a store manager. He was honest as can be, he genuinely cared for the customer. He wasn't rushing us at all he wanted us to take our time and enjoy everything. It wasn't a hurry up and purchase see you later type deal. These guys are honest men. Thank you Joey
