My tech, Corey was great. I had a problem with Outlook that two local people couldn't fix. I called Corey at 10 pm and he worked at it for two hours and made the repair. He was calm, professional, and personable. He even tried to undercharge me! I hope I tipped him enough because he was worth every penny.
They have this woman working (TODAY) there that is SOOOOO rude and unprofessional AVOID like the PLAGUE. She is demeaning, condescending. I repeatedly asked for help clearing up space on my HD and was willing to pay, but she did all she could to get me off the phone. (To a hiring paying client I am guessing) When I called back after she hung up on me I got her AGAIN (Seems she was the only one answering calls) I asked for a manager to call me, No call!! When I called back to find out why she blocked my NUMBER!!!! AVOID
