Honestly, I can't believe that they can call themselves a boxing and shipping company. We brought our grandmother's heirlooms - ceramics and glass, etc... to be shipped back to New York. Paid $90 for them to wrap everything securely, box it properly and ship. Every item arrived shattered. There was no large packing bubble wrap. Instead they used the little tiny sheets of bubble wrap, threw it around glass and ceramic items with NO TAPE, and threw it into this HUGE box. There were no peanuts to fill in the gaps in the box. These people are incredibly friendly and cool.
Friendly owners, who are good and getting you out quick. Always like supporting the family-run businesses when they have good service. Good place to pick-up u-haul trucks in San Mateo.
