U can't pay online which is a hassle, they locked my unit, paid the same day it's almost two weeks later and the lock is still on there. Come to find out the double charged my account when paying with a representative. Customer service is horrible, there's no way to speak to a manager via text, email or phone. Whole set us is a rip off. I wouldn't recommend their services to anyone. Still haven't received a refund or correspondence from management. The only reason I put one star is bc it would not let me post my review
