I have recently joined Box Positive. I find the instructor excellent. He is very knowledgeable and supportive as he has a good understanding of both boxing and neurological conditions. It's a lovely friendly group of people who attend and I 100% recommend him.
Charles is incredible, he is so passionate about his work. He has a great teaching manner, his boxfit Parkinson’s sessions are hard but very fun. He takes time to learn about the condition and reflects this in the session, when coaching across all ages and abilities. I would highly recommend giving Box Postive a go. Keep up the good work pal🥊

Wonderful to have Charles offer this service locally. Allowing my disabled father some rare enjoyment / physical activity / simulation.
Charles is a great coach, very patient and knowledgeable. I'm new to boxing and after a few 1-2-1 sessions with Charles I feel more confident and stronger. I can really noticed a difference in my mood and overall fitness. After the sessions I feel motivated to improve and look forward to training more with him. Highly recommend.
