In the lead up to my wedding, Charles made me a virtual 5 week programme to help give my workouts structure but overall focus and attention on the upper body, an area which I haven’t focused on before so I felt less confident in the gym as to what to do. Charles Delve has provided great support to my husband with Parkinsons Disease. Directly in the Box Positive weekly training groups and more recently on a 1:1 basis at home. I am always impressed by Charles's total commitment to his clients. I have recently joined Box Positive. I find the instructor excellent. He is very knowledgeable and supportive as he has a good understanding of both boxing and neurological conditions. It's a lovely friendly group of people who attend and I 100% recommend him.
Charles is incredible, he is so passionate about his work. He has a great teaching manner, his boxfit Parkinson’s sessions are hard but very fun. He takes time to learn about the condition and reflects this in the session, when coaching across all ages and abilities. I would highly recommend giving Box Postive a go. Keep up the good work pal🥊
