I called them 4 times and no answer so I left 4 messages that they sent the wrong part and no return call backs
Ordered the Chevelle 30in stool and was told item would take 3 to 5 weeks for delivery which was fine. The cushion received had some small tears on the exterior that were highly visible. Left message with Bowtie and initially gave them 2 stars for my dissatisfaction with the end product due to the tears. Mara from Bowtie called and had initiated a replacement be sent to me immediately. Received it 9 days later and once again I inspected it right out of the box but this time it was a flawless product.
