I called them 4 times and no answer so I left 4 messages that they sent the wrong part and no return call backs
Ordered the Chevelle 30in stool and was told item would take 3 to 5 weeks for delivery which was fine. The cushion received had some small tears on the exterior that were highly visible. Left message with Bowtie and initially gave them 2 stars for my dissatisfaction with the end product due to the tears.
