Terrible attorney, false promises and has no communication skills. All these positive reviews are outdated or fake. Much better attorneys for the money in Little Rock, AR.
STAY AWAY. I used Seth for my speeding ticket in a car, paid the retainer and he told me I have a “protected agreement” for my record with the prosecutor. And that all he had to do was to work on fines. After the court date I receive no email or any notice of what happened. Frustrated I emailed him, called and no response until 7 days after the court date. He finally responds with a notice of me having to pay a fine, no summary of what happened. Used Seth Bowman to get me out of a ticket as a CDL driver. Basically gave him 350 dollars to do nothing. After my court date I tried to contact him to use his services again and he totally ignored me. I got Cody on the phone a few times and told him to have Seth call me back and he never did. Totally unprofessional. Ignored me at every turn afterwards. Emails, calls, no response. I would not recommend this law firm to anyone, nor use them again.
Promt on your situation and has great availability. I have had other lawyers and never been able to talk to them directly. If you call Seth Bowman he will get back with you personally and that is very important when you are wondering what to do next. Great advice and I would recommend him to anyone in need. Not only a good lawyer but also a good person who understands stuff happens
