Definitely stop by here. The restrooms are clean, the people were friendly. I bought nice souvenirs, the cookies are great, they probably are "world famous" like they say. They have multiple stops on this highway. I stopped at 2 of them. The next one going west has a dairy queen as well. This is my second road trip stopping here to or from California.
It is clean and the people are friendly. However, as somebody who has been traveling through and stopping at these trading posts since the 80's all of the charm has slowly been taken away. They now all seem to have the exact same items. Very limited on snacks and drinks. Heck none of them even care sarsaparilla any more. All of the cool painted signs and neat photo ops have been replaced by sun bleached vinyl banners. Kind of too disappointing to stop at these anymore for me.
