I had one of my hearing aids from the VA go out. It would have been two months before I could get in so I decide to go in at the defiance location and check them out. They were very accommodating and nice. The hearing aid was under warranty and they sent it in for me and it was back in about two week. And the charged me 10 times less than what I thought it was going to be. They were awesome in helping me out and they didn't have too. Thanks a million!
Robert Foster BC-HIS recently checked my hearing and my TruHearing hearing aids. I was very satisfied with friendly and thorough way he conducted the tests. He determined that one of my hearing aids was not working properly and that it was still under warranty. He sent it on for repair for me. I will be pleased to use Bowling Green Hearing Aid Center for all my hearing needs in the future.
Very professional, and very happy with the results, I still can hear good which I knew when I went in there but they do so many different hearing test that I didn't even expect but very thorough. I will be returning in a couple of more years
