Very good service. My only complaint is their limited hours in the BG office. I had to wait five days to get my hearing aid repaired. They should have offered a time at their other location. I would have drove to. Being able to hear was the whole point of getting them.
Great hearing exam and consultation!
I had surgery to try to recover hearing in one ear and John and Rob have been a big help in the process as my needs are constantly changing. Every visit to the Bowling Green office has been productive.
