They were very kind and respectful ,as well as v very informative. I will highly recommend them.
I was very pleased with my initial visit to Defiance hearing aid center, the Bowling Green office. Scheduling an appointment was easy as was access to the office itself. Dr Samuelson was very congenial and professional as he went through the initial examination and hearing test. He gave me all the information I needed to decide on the appropriate hearing aid and I felt very comfortable with his guidance. I look forward to receiving my new hearing aid next week and continuing working with Dr Samuelson.
