If I could do ZERO stars I would. Do not enroll your child in this daycare. As a 25 year old first time mom I made the worst mistake of my life sending my child here. My son was enrolled for only one month and suffered a femur break which child family services held one of the teachers responsible for physical abuse on my son. The broken femur was his third incident within one month of him being enrolled. Kindercare has yet to take responsibility for my one year olds injuries. I want to start by saying i love this center. The head director is a wonderful person who seems to really care for the kids. My only complaint and the reason i'm typing this review is when we came to pick up my child i was shocked to see only 1 teacher with like 17+ children. The poor girl seems overworked and i doubt she can get to all the kids needs by herself. It was chaos in there but she seemed to be doing her best. Our son was born during the COVID-19 pandemic, so we were initially hesitant about sending him to daycare. When he turned two, we decided to enroll him part-time at Bowie KinderCare — and we’re so glad we did. From the very beginning, the teachers were kind, caring, and attentive.
