I bought a bow online and rest, Shannon offered to install the rest for me along with a D-loop, my new bow arrived 2 days later and the rest was knocked off the bow and damaged in shipping, I sent a few pics to Shannon and he immediately responded with " I will ship a new rest out tomorrow" Great service and Great communication! Thank you!!
