I had a legal case that had basically hit a brick wall. A gentlemen had crashed his car into my front yard and did significant amount of damage. The gentlemen's insurance company decided to write it off as an "Act of God". Hmmm, Ill leave that one alone. Anyway, Mr. Bowers aggressively pursued my case and made the opposing insurance company finally see our point of view and won the case. Thank you Mr. Bowers and thanks to your responsive staff we persevered and won the case. And, I didn't even have to go to court!
