We are in need of hiring an attorney to fight the insurance company over catastrophic water damage to our home. We have left Ms. Bower 6 voicemail messages and one email spanning the past 6 weeks basically pleading for someone to return our call. No response on any of our attempts from the law firm. Sometimes people need to reevaluate why they got into their profession. If you’re not there to help people that are truly in need, at least give them the courtesy of returning a call.
