My experience with Bowen... I went into Bowen and met a sales guy there and he walked me through my purchase of a new mattress. I had an AWESOME experience and got a great deal. You people at Insider Pages need to remove that crazy negative view at the bottom. A gem hidden among the mundane Over the years I've shopped in stores and online for furniture. Most furniture stores stock a sampling of what is available from their suppliers and order from the suppliers' catalogues for their customers.
I LOVE THIS STORE! I can't imagine this store getting a negative review! It is small and the staff is not large, but they know their stuff and have always been more than helpful to me. As for the pricing, you will almost always get a reduction from the tag price, even if you don't ask. They carry better furniture than the chains - you get what you pay for. Their service after the sale is good, too. They've been in business forever...they're doing something right.
Bowen Town and Country Furniture I'm surprised at the negative review. I have shopped at this store for 28 years. I have always found the staff very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. They KNOW their furniture! They can order items they don't have and their customer service is wonderful. I wouldn't buy furniture anywhere else!
Fantastic Service When I read the previous review of Bowen Town and Country, I was very surprised. I received excellent service from staff. It is a quiet friendly store and I would shop there again. They carry top quality furniture, so yes the prices would be alittle higher than may other stores, but much less than buying outside of NC. I compared prices of a Braddington Young recliner and T&C had the better price even beating stores in High Point . NOT GOOD FURNITURE IS VERY EXPENSIVE, AND STAFF IS NOT VERY FRIENDLY. WENT IN THERE TO LOOK AT FURNITURE AND DID NOT RECIEVE ANY ASSISTANCE .FURNITURE IS WAY OVERPRICED AND SELECTION IS LIMITED
