Lyn is absolutely fantastic! Over the years, her Bowen treatments helped me with different issues: irregular and painful periods, difficulties with sleep, stress, anxiety, and injuries from running and from an accident. For many many years I have had problems and much pain with my sciatica. I have spent years looking for relief. Trying different methods. I would love to say that Lyn is a very compassionate and caring therapist. She loves what she does , cares for her patients ; it shows in her practice. My persistent hip issue was resolved after just a few treatments. Lyn takes the necessary time to identify the issue and makes specifically targeted gentle adjustments to realign the muscles. Her treatments are fantastic and I felt improvement from the first session. The RMT and Chiropractic and Accupunctur had not been able to resolve the problem over the previous months but Lyn has me back to feeling healthy.
Lyn has been an incredible help treating my newborn's colic. She definitely knows what she is doing and is a wealth of knowledge and insight.
