am in no way a therapy expert but I know pain and I was in pain and had gone for other pain therapy. The Bowen Therapy did not take the pain away right away, but it helped and by my third session I was actually having several days in a row that were pain free. I will continue with Bowen as it is really helping me. Thank you Lyn

Lyn is absolutely fantastic! Over the years, her Bowen treatments helped me with different issues: irregular and painful periods, difficulties with sleep, stress, anxiety, and injuries from running and from an accident. For many many years I have had problems and much pain with my sciatica. I have spent years looking for relief. Trying different methods. It took literally one treatment with the Bowen therapy and the results were amazing. The pain was gone. This was over 2 years ago. Still no pain.
