This was another way to manage pain that I’d never tried before. I didn’t know quite what to think of it. But, it certainly had a positive effect on me. I knew of others that had gone to James and found relief where everything else they tried didn’t help. I don’t think it’s a cure all or miraculous but it’s something to tap into if other forms of massage and physical therapy haven’t done the trick.
