Tracey always put me back together when I need fixing. I live with chronic pain and when it gets too much she does her magic on me and then I can do my everyday chores. Tracey is amazing she is always studies to kept herself up to date with the Bowen industry. I am so glade that my friend told me about Tracey I’d be lost without her. I have no hesitation in recommending Tracey.
I had ongoing pain from gluteus medius tendinopathy that wasn’t improving with other treatments. After starting ENAR therapy with Tracey, I noticed a real reduction in pain and felt more confident moving again. The treatment was gentle, personalised, and combined with great guidance and exercises. I’m very grateful for the results and would highly recommend this approach for persistent hip pain.
My first visit with Tracey was wonderful and I immediately felt like I was in good hands. Everything I had going on within my body, which was determined to be the cause of my issues/ pain, and what was going to be done to correct it, was thoroughly explained and demonstrated in such a way that I could easily understand and appreciate. Don’t ever sit in pain wondering where to go for that treatment. Start with Tracey I have had problems with my neck. Shoulder and back. With 2/3 treatments my body is repaired and this is true. It’s been years visiting her but gotta say will still do after a garden session I will get a treatment
