I have been having Bowen therapy with Maya for well over a year and she is the only practitioner who has been able to relieve my lower back pain. After just a few sessions I was much more flexible and able to move easily without pain. I still have a session with Maya every 5 weeks or so to keep my body working as it should and to relieve any other discomfort that may have arisen. I have been seeing Maya for a number of years now and enjoy my Bowen sessions with her very much. She has healed the chronic neck pain I had for many years, and now I see her for little tune ups here and there from the strains of daily life. She is extremely skilled, knowledgeable and has a way of finding exactly what needs to be worked on. Her calm, relaxed, open and friendly nature make treatments a wonderfully relaxing and restorative time.
