Have ordered a zip track blind in August. Was told about 4 weeks to installation. Have not heard a word from them. I have constantly tried calling for over a week now with no answer. Left numerous messages, with no reply back. I think I might have to put in the hands of Fair Trading for my 50% deposit back. Not Happy and would not recommend this company.
I can’t recommend a better company to go through if you’re looking at getting plantation shutters. We’ve just had our whole house done and from Mel’s prompt service to Dans quality installation. They were a fabulous company to deal with from start to finish.
Dan & Mel are great communicator , Dan & his helper were very professional in their work & a fantastic job they did very pleased with the outcome would recommend to anyone wanting shutters. We have found a slite problem that has nothing to do with the installation but more to do with these transportable homes with narrow windows because to take out the sliding window to replace the rollers there's not enough room to get it out because the bottom frame of the shutters is to high & the same goes for replacing the fly screen be... read more
I highly recommend Bowen Blinds. Excellent advice was provided in regards to what would work best for me in practical terms and the colours that best suited my home. Of the three quotes I got, they were by far and away the best, the quality of the blinds and customer service was outstanding, and I am very happy with how everything went. Mel and Dan were both great to deal with, and I wouldn't hesitate to utilise their services again in future or recommend them to others. Thanks!
