Great place to “bank”!
I have two loans here bc interest rates are lower than most other places. However, the customer service at this particular branch is struggling. I’m never greeted with a smile and the atmosphere is very awkward. I’ve worked in banking for several years and could not imagine giving this kind of service to my customers. I have had an account for over 9 years. The new banking app is terrible. I cannot get all my accounts linked up like before. 1 of my accounts doesn't have a debit card but when I asked for one 1, I was told it would be 10 a month. Seriously. I have only had this account for the past 9 years. That means I cannot access that account unless the bank is open and I do have it set up for direct deposits.
