Great customer service, knowledgeable staff, excellent grooming services and competitive prices! Can't be beat! Update: I've been taking my pug in for nail trims for the last year and half and I appreciate the care the staff takes with my Willie. He can be a little skittish at times, but they make him (and myself) feel at ease.
I have taken all 3 of my dogs here a few times. After the first time it was more difficult.... they didn't want to go in at all. The last time we went I had my border collie here and I heard the groomer yelling and wrestling him. He growled and used his scared yelp. He is a gentle lover so this caught me off guard. The lady didn't realize I was standing near the door and could then hear her wrestle him and cursing at him.
