I was waiting for 20 minutes in the cold on 22nd of July at Rabbit St West. I saw the bus stop at the stop down the street. Hailed the bus as it was approaching and it drove straight past me. It was not full. This was a 5.50pm route #1 service. Disappointing and unreliable to say the least PS I have changed by rating from 1 to 4 stars. Terrible service , buses are always full and way too long apart. Why? There is clearly such a demand for it yet they run only and hourly bus to lake Louise which is always full and the 2 bus to tunnel mountain is full every time. I even arrived 35 minutes early coming back from lake Louise and did not get on the bus at 7pm on a Monday. Run more busses it’s not that difficult to figure out
Not enough busses for passengers. Waited over 3 hours
Left hot springs at 4:30 pm,waited 30 minutes and noticed that bus was not coming to our stop and dropped off people down the hill. There was up to 20 of us waiting at that time at h,s stop. Our group of 6 people then started to go down to the gondola stop as we didn't want to wait another 30 minutes for the next bus. 1 of our party of 6 then had a fall near the bottom of the hill and was treated by staff.
