Although I just needed a hand moving one heavy object up to the second floor, they treated me with the outmost importance! Pam got us booked right away, stated on top of my booking and timing. The staff that came to help were on time, very friendly, and took care of our house and belonging!

The whole experience was a nightmare. They came on time with the wrong vehicle left for hours. The lady from the office is just rude. They asked me what items I wanted to move. This was supposed to be a full move. I would never ask them to move a cardboard box across the street.
My husband and I just moved from Calgary to Kamloops. We engaged with Moving You Home/Bow Valley Moving after we saw a sign for them on the trip to buy our home in Kamloops. We are so happy we did as the experience was absolutely fantastic.
