Very flexible and accommodating for our schedule. Personable, professional, took great care of our items and our home. Top shelf service, highly recommend them for your moving needs. Shout out to Pam in the office, quick to reply and provide us with answers, very friendly and put us at ease many times with assisting us at meeting deadlines. Would give more stars if we could.

Great moving company! Great pricing and very professional. I had 2 different teams help. One team to pick up and one to move me in, both were professional and ensured my items were secured safely. Pam was especially great, ensuring I knew what was happening every step of the way. Easing all my worries and keeping the lines of communication open. I will definitely use their services in the future moves.

We had two moves with the Bow Valley Moving Company, our first from our home to a storage unit, and then, six months later, from the storage unit to our moving van. We spent a great deal of time talking with the company about the process, talking about what we needed, and getting to know the ways they conduct business. Exceptional! I’m blown away by this company. I engaged them based on the reviews and their BBB score. From the first call with Pam, I knew I was in good hands. Pam worked with me to maximize efficiencies in timing to get me a terrific rate, while the team, Aiden, Ethan and Kamel were professional, hardworking, and absolutely lovely. Truly superior experience from start to finish. Highly recommend.
