My massage was excellent! Liz is a skilled and talented therapist with amazing knowledge of the human body. She found areas of my body that I wasn't aware needed massage. I highly recommend her. The treatment house was great and the room was incredibly comfortable. I look forward to my next appointment. Bow Sanctuary is a beautiful place, a lovely environment to rest and heal. I am excited to try the sauna and to take a yoga class.

my massage was simply wonderful. I always leave feeling better than when I arrived. wish I could come more often than once a month, but that once a month is a special day for me. the spa is a relaxing and calm space with many other options available, but my massage is a must.

I could not love Bow Sanctuary more if I tried. The setting is gorgeous and the yoga is a much needed offering in the Skagit Valley. I am so grateful to have found it.
