Mr. Shane at Bow law is knowledgeable , he listens to my concerns and guided me through this case was very informative, Guided by him - In My case the mitigation is minimal and convincing judge to take your law suite is also very less convincing so instead taking employer to court and getting very minimal compensation for spending more than what you get is not fair better focus on your current job and look for your career path which you earned earlier is more beneficial I really appreciate his advice Thank you
