Max and Adam were awesome in helping me get my older bike back on the road. Even though it was a busy Saturday, Max quickly took care of my flat tire and later helped me pick out larger tires to install. Max really knew his stuff, and the shop was super quick with the repair turnaround. All in all, I had a great experience at the East Village location!

I had them assemble my bike after moving provinces, and they did an amazing job! The bike rides super smoothly, and the service was fast and excellent. They had it built in just one day!
I cannot thank Bow Cycle and their staff enough for saving the day! With just 10 minutes until closing, they assisted with replacing a crank arm on my bike as I was biking and my pedal fell completely off. They were extremely welcoming and went above and beyond with exceptional customer service. Thanks for turning my stressful moment into a positive and memorable experience! I highly recommend Bow Cycle East Village!
