Discovered Bow Cycle East Village on a bike ride this morning. I popped in to see about a water bottle & mount. Matthew was amazing! Super helpful, explained the options & installed it right away. We were so impressed by his helpfulness husband bought a water bottle & mount too. It seems like a little thing, but we're fairly new to riding & Matthew's care & time means we'll be back in the future. Thanks, Matthew!
Stopped in with a loose headset and Max was on it quickly and had me on the trail quickly. I can see Max is very knowledgeable regarding any type of bike repair. Will be sure to stop in here for repairs in the future.
These guys are awesome - on stampede parade sat my wife and daughter were in a pickle with a lose trail-a-bike Before the shop was open . One of the staff members arrived, open the shop and got her going just for them Just amazing service , friendly, and never worry that they weren't even open.
