Popped in today because I was having issues with a new chain I put on my Cube ebike (great purchase from Bow Cycle. Love Cube). I was lucky that all 3 staff were available and were able to help right away. All 3 of the guys were friendly and professional and loved to talk about bikes. and about what the chain issue was and how to fix it. And fix it they did. I was out the door in under 15 minutes. Bowness location is great too.
Logan, Derek, and Max at Bow Cycle East Village are awesome! 🙌 Amazing customer service, super helpful, and they have a great selection of e-bikes. They really know their stuff and make the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend! 🚲⚡
We rented two road bikes for half a day, it was super easy and the stuff was kind and helpful. Helmets were included. There is also a public parking lot 2min away, not that expensive and you can stay up to a whole day. Perfect place for bike rentals, would do it again.
We had a great experience tonight - great work, kindness and patience. We’ve always had great experience with the team and will be back!
