I paid for an Infinity coffee table (ex-display item) from their website on 25 June 2025. After weeks with no update, I contacted customer service. They told me there is a 12–14 week lead time, which doesn’t make sense for an ex-display item. Later, a team member messaged saying they needed parts from overseas to finish my table.
