We are based in Sydney and with no showroom in NSW we took a chance by reaching out to the BOVA team. We were interested in the Arthur dining chairs, but unsure of making a blind investment. From the start the team at BOVA have been so helpful - they actually created a trial program where we paid $100 to have a chair shipped to us from VIC and picked up again in 3 days so that we could road test the product before buying.
