I had the privilege of dealing with Jacob and Esteban. I showed up just before closing and yet they were completely willing to help me took their time and helped me find a solution to a complex situation. I cannot be happier with this staff and experience. Esteban deserves a raise, and Jacob is definitely the perfect manager.
Incredible service and extremely helpful staff, notably Jacob and Esteban. Was experiencing a pretty annoying issue with my phone and came in to the store close to closing time on a Sunday. They were kind enough to take all the time we needed even going past closing and finalizing every little detail. True customer service, I’m grateful to have dealt with them.
Esteban was pleasant informative courteous and had great people skills. He was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Awesome visit.
