this shop does intermittently very poor work. i have been riding mountain bikes for 30 years in BC and Quebec, and this is by far the worst service i have ever received. for example, the bike shop that did a shock replacement for me, they recommended against a coil shock, said they communicated with rocky mountain engineers to identify a good shock replacement for the bike and rider style, purchased the shock, and installed the shock. i recently sold the shock on pinkbike, and the buyer found out the shock does not fit the I... read more
Walk in (sign says reservation only), they did a quick job for me that others said could not be done. Great small store, amazing and friendly service, much more personal than reg's down the street. Awesome place, I highly recommend !
