Low quality sandals. Bought in mid July. Worn once and impossible to wear again. Strap is tearing. Badly made but cannot return even though purchase was made less than a month ago because they've been worn ( once). Now I know never to buy there again .

Very disappointing experience at Call it Spring. I tried to return a pair of heels that had never been worn, but the employee refused the return and accused me of having worn them. I know for a fact that the heels were never used, so being treated as if I was dishonest was extremely upsetting and unprofessional. The customer service was also very poor. I have shopped here frequently, and unfortunately this has become a recurring concern. The manager with the red hair appears to spend a considerable amount of time discussing other employees with staff on the sales floor rather than focusing on customer service. On multiple occasions, I have been left waiting for assistance while these conversations continued.
