Excellent service, I honestly don’t understand the negative reviews. The employee who helped us was incredibly friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable about the store and products. I left with two pairs of shoes and can’t wait to wear them! The prices were also surprisingly good.

Same as the other reviews - no acknowledgment when I walked in store. The blonde girl I talked last Tuesday (4/28/2026) was rude and preferred to talk to her colleague. Found a pair of shoes I was going to buy but the girl didn’t deserve the sale. I’ll buy online instead.

I visited yesterday and received great service from a young employee who was very polite, asked what type of shoes I was looking for and what event they were for, and made me feel very welcome. However, she was the only one helping customers on the floor and was trying to assist about six people at once while two employees stood behind the cash register doing nothing but talking.
