Absolutely unacceptable behaviour from a manager, although the staff was nice. Whoever I spoke with on the phone was VERY rude and unprofessional. Strict policies are understandable but not an excuse for poor behaviour and costumer service. I feel bad writing this because two employees were very helpful and attentive but their snarky manager ruined my experience.
