I was sold what appeared to be authentic, new Frye boots, paid $500, and the boots fell apart after 3 wears. Update to response: as I do not live in Montreal (or Canada for that matter), I’m not able to come back in store, and I was unable to reach the merchant by phone. To amend the issue, I brought the boots to a professional cobbler, who said the boots were dry-rotted and quite old, and I had to pay over $100 USD to install new Vibram soles. great experience, although the sellers are a bit too good at selling lmao.. i left 200$ there :) but i found a hat that fits perfectly!
Absolutely the worst store in the city I walked in intending to spend good money on a cool cowboy hat and the horrible owner or manager spoke horribly towards me! Never buy from this store there’s many others with way nicer staff and ownership I will never go back. The quality isn’t even good.
Walked in with my hat, walked out with my same hat. Guy chased me down the street accusing me of theft. Quickly showed him its not. Embarassing and awful for them. Maybe be nicer to people who literally buy your products?
