Very disappointing experience with Madhuri !!!! i would rate her "0" for her customer service. My husband and I visited this tile shop in Laverton and the lady Madhuri sitting at the counter scrolling phone, No greeting, no assistance, and no interest in helping customers. When I asked her to show us a tile that was out of reach, she simply said the ladder was in the warehouse and she couldn’t get it—no effort, no alternative, no help at all.
