After an initial hiccup with our first-choice tile, Chino and the team at Boutique went out of their way to resolve the issue and helped us reach a solution that all were happy with and allowed the tile to be delivered in time for the tiler to start laying our new tiles. Apart from the tiles we were very impressed with the range of products available for the homeowner to have a virtual one stop shop for a lot of items. Thanks again Chino and the team for your attention and service.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with Boutique Home Centre! I purchased tiles from them for my home, and the service was excellent. When I ran short of tiles, they were so kind and generous that they even gave me an extra box for free. This level of customer service really means a lot and shows how much they care about their customers. Highly recommend Boutique Home Centre for their quality products and outstanding service!

Thank you so much to the staff at The Boutique Home Centre. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with a smile and received exceptional customer service and knowledge from Chino and Madhuri. They truly understood my needs and the urgency behind my order, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate the care and attention you provided, I'll definitely be back and highly recommend your business to others!
Boutique Tiles has been absolutely exceptional from start to finish. Rupali went above and beyond to support our project, ensuring everything ran smoothly and that all tiles were available exactly when we needed them. The coordination, delivery, and overall service were seamless. A special mention to their installers as well — their workmanship was outstanding, and the final result speaks for itself. Truly a fantastic experience. I cannot recommend Boutique Tiles highly enough.
