Ordered a custom t-shirt in mid May. Never received tracking info or any update regarding the order, and it never arrived. I sent several emails asking for help locating the order, was told only that it could take up to four weeks and to wait. Five weeks have now passed, my latest email has gone unanswered, and still no sign of my order. Étant donné qu’il n’avait pas de stock du chandail que je voulais, il m’ont proposé d’acheter un chandail non lettré et de l’envoyer pour faire faire les broderies, j’accepte malgré le supplément en me disant que la qualité sera supérieur. Mais non les broderies sont croches et ils ont dépassé avec les coutures. A l’achat il ne me parle pas que c’est pas remboursable quand c’est personnalisé( même s’il reprennent les chandails quand même quand on fait faire des numéros standard de joueur vu qu’ils vont les revendre facilemen... read more
