I purchased a pair of pants from this boutique that didn’t end up fitting. I returned them and paid for my own shipping label ($13). However, the seller didn’t refund me for the original shipping label ($8) so I ended up being out $20 just for shipping. I probably wouldn’t have returned them if I knew that I wasn’t going to be refunded for the original shipping label as that policy wasn’t clear on the website. I 100% recommend this boutique! Before purchasing online, I had a few questions and they were ABSOLUTELY the most accommodating and helpful. I went ahead and ordered a romper because I needed it in time for a bachelorette week in Nashville. Unfortunately, when it arrived the zipper was broken. I immediately contacted them, and they went above and beyond to make it right, right away!
