Great experience. Robin is very professional and the speed from ordering to install was very fast. Definitely recommend.
I highly recommend Robin! Our one blind stopped being able to be raised and the “stick” was also broken. Robin was quick to respond to our repair request and got the job done within the same day that we dropped off our broken blind. He was friendly and expedient in his communications with me and charged a very reasonable price. We will definitely be reaching out to him with any future issues!
Robin at Boutique Blinds and Window Shades installed my battery operated blinds about 8 years ago. He came by this week to get me on track with the technological mix up I had with one of the blinds. He is knowledgeable, kind, efficient, and so helpful. He even help me hang my large clock up on the wall...he goes above and beyond. I am so happy with the Hunter Douglas blinds/shades I purchased. They look almost brand new 8 years later.
