ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS policy about shared branching. I arrived at their branch and they had a grand total of one teller working. I waited in line while she slowly proceeded to help all bourns members before helping me (including 5 people that walked into the bank after I had arrived). Absolutely ridiculous I felt like a second class citizen watching this parade of people walk through the door and leave before I was helped. Terrible customer service. Not returning to this bank for any reason.
