We made an appointment for 3:30, showed up at 3:35 and the office was locked and nobody answered the phone. We made the appointment about 2 weeks in advanced and I tried contacting at least three times since we made the appointment and no one ever got back to me. I understand things happen, but communication is key.
The Bourne Alliance Group does fantastic work in support of veterans. Ro meet with us to fully understand our veteran’s disability claim needs, assisted with filing the claim, kept us updated with information and coached us throughout the process. Her assistance was truly valuable in obtaining the increase we probably should have received years ago. We highly recommend contacting the Bourne Team if you haven’t had your VA disability status reevaluated or are in need of assistance with VA knowledge and filing. Great people!
As a Veteran of the Cold War of the 70's it's been quite some time since Active duty. Upon my departure from active duty, we were not given any guidance as to receiving our benefits.
