Absolutely wonderful experience with undivided unrushed attention from the start. Based on guidance from the ladies in store I tried on a dress (after 7 others!) I would likely not of chosen myself & apart from a couple of tweaks it was 'me' in every way. The ladies are extremely patient with the 'oh no's' & 'hmm's' & have an eye for what suits you. The team at Bourne Bridal are amazing . Made prom dressing shopping a wonderful experience from start to finish . My daughter felt like a princess in her beautiful dress and the alterations were completed to perfection despite us putting them on a tight schedule due to our indecision. (Shoe shopping is hard guys ! ) I highly recommend this wonderful boutique and Bourne are very lucky to have them ! ❤️

HIGHLY recommend!!! I have just had the most amazing experience in Bourne Bridal, I was so nervous about going in and trying on my dress and they made me feel so confident and all their knowledge really puts you at ease. I really cannot recommend this place enough, the ladies are so beyond wonderful and for something I was really anxious walking in to, I now can’t wait to pick up my bridesmaid dress again! Thank you for being so welcoming and accommodating, it definitely does not go a miss!

Would highly recommend! Broad selection of dresses, the ladies were so helpful and the atmosphere was very personal and relaxed. They really listened to my feedback, likes and dislikes, and brought out a brilliant selection of gowns. An all round fabulous appointment in their shiny new venue!
