I would avoid this firm, if possible. I had called to find out more information and was met with such an unhelpful and rude response from one of the associates. If you can't have the decency to be polite, then you have no business being client-facing. Update after response from the company: I had called with a general inquiry not knowing what the process was. Matt Kemp was supposed to help me file for a GST/HST rebate. Turns out I paid $464 for a service that was poorly done:1) they forgot to add my SIN number to the document for the CRA to track it 2)the document was not sent out with a tracking, 3) they submitted the wrong appraisal documents to the CRA # so we cannot even know if it was properly delivered to the CRA office. We've been using Bouris Wilson LLP now for over a decade for both our corporate and personal accounting. They have been exceptional for us particularly with rather complex filings we had this year.
