Jeff Brown came highly recommended from my family. This is my first and last year working with him. All he needed to do was make a quick call to the CRA to resolve my tax matter. Instead he caused me to wait months for my return and I ended up resolving it. Customer service is not a strong point for this company!

If you can't have the decency to be polite, then you have no business being client-facing. Matt Kemp was supposed to help me file for a GST/HST rebate. Turns out I paid $464 for a service that was poorly done:1) they forgot to add my SIN number to the document for the CRA to track it 2)the document was not sent out with a tracking, 3) they submitted the wrong appraisal documents to the CRA # so we cannot even know if it was properly delivered to the CRA office.
