Unfortunately Mr. Banda didn't do what I hired him to do. From day one I was clear to him on what I wanted and how I wanted to handle my case. It's almost like he ignored everything I said. Then he refused to return the money after he was fired. Mr. Banda didn't even represent me filing motions and trial. I understand Maine is a very corrupt state. But he blatantly stole and is refusing to give the money back. He's supposed to give an itemized receipt and the money was supposed to be kept in escrow. He did none of that. In f... read more
