When my credit score finally hit right, he said, "Now looking at your tax forms we can't approve you because..." Now hold on, Mr. Bourgeois didn't even look at my application Before I spent $180 on credit checks?!? When I initially applied he should have told me his company couldn't help me. I wasted 3 months with Bourgeois Mortgage. It wasn't the $180, it was my time and hopes they messed with.
