Took my new bikes in today that I purchased elsewhere as I was thinking buying an inexpensive bike wouldn't matter much. Was I wrong. Bikes needed several adjustments and due to mediocre quality they'll probably be in often to keep them working. The owner, Stephen, was simply amazing. Simply OUTSTANDING! Complete novice yet these guys didn't make me feel stupid. Helped me with selecting the right tire, gave me some good tips, talked about light maintenance items I didn't know to keep an eye on and I never felt rushed or like I was a bother. It was refreshing to be around professionals who love their trade yet invite newbies deeper into this hobby. Yeah....this is a good bike shop and happy to have one locally.
