Absolutely horrible experience when I brought my son who has a speech delay to this office. Lisa took my son back and he answered what photos he saw in the mirror. When Dr Berlin came in, there were no notes in the system from this, although, Lisa was typing it in - I saw her. She asked me who came in - I would expect a Dr to know who is on their team helping them (Lack of communication on the team). Just wanted to share what great customer service I received. The coating on my lenses were coming off. They checked but my lenses were out of warranty. They replaced my lenses anyway, free of charge. Always great service and care. Thank You!

Excellent service overall. I feel at home. Dr Berlin is great. I am very happy that I was able to get an appointment here.

I've have cataracts. My appointments have been fairly quick to assess then schedule surgery. Everyone is friendly, helpful, open to questions, pretty much what you want in your eye care folks. The surgical center is not on-site, which is understandable. I look forward to regaining vision through their surgery and after care.
