We used Brad Puffpaff for estate planning documents (through the MetLife plan), and had a great experience. We were able to do everything up to signing the documents remotely, he provided guidance, answered our questions, and was very thorough.
Very disappointed with the professionalism here. I booked this service nearly three weeks in advance and had already been rescheduled once, only to have the appointment canceled at the last minute. After waiting that long and planning around their timeline, this put us in a difficult position and significantly delayed our process.
