Very disappointed with the professionalism here. I booked this service nearly three weeks in advance and had already been rescheduled once, only to have the appointment canceled at the last minute. Failed to file the correct paperwork and cost me 40k. Now several years later these folks are claiming I wasn't a client by replying to my review. Essentially attacking my credibility after costing me dearly. I communicated with the partner via phone/email and had signed / paid them to help me over a year long period of time.
