The physio I see at bounce back is one of the best I've seen to.

Avoid. Management will change prices against their service agreements, even on the day of a therapy service and overcharge NDIS plans against agreement, then try to blame the client and bully them to deflect from their own poor business practices and lack of staff training. I have all the evidence for my review and whilst I wasn't going to do a review out of fear, I want to ensure others are aware and can keep a close eye on charges.
